Fieldwire is looking for a top-tier Director of Customer Success to lead our growing CS team. The right candidate will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and have a proven track-record of leading a team that can produce results. We’re looking for candidates that have a passion for the customer experience, and are excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, actively developing and refining the team strategy with a metrics based process, and scaling our team.

What you’ll be doing?
Fieldwire’s Customer Success team is responsible for optimizing new and existing clients’ usage of Fieldwire. We’re looking for a leader who is a self-starter that can coach our growing CS team, and assist them with new customer deployment, product adoption, existing customer growth and advocacy. The Director of Customer Success should be able to recognize the value and impact customer success has to the growth of the company and will work with Support, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to drive company growth.
