We’re looking for candidates that are excited by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, actively developing and refining the team strategy with a metrics based process, and scaling our team.

What you’ll be doing?

Fieldwire’s Customer Support Team is responsible for the first line of communication with our existing and potential new customers. We’re looking for a leader who is a self-starter that can coach our growing Customer Support Team, and assist in the overall strategic vision for the team.

This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is centrally located right off of Union Square and is easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
