Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Leader to accelerate our growth and GTM strategy. You will be a key driver for the company’s future growth, with responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of demand generation as the team executes and delivers multi-touch campaigns to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers interest, and ultimately build pipeline. As a key leader of the marketing team, you will develop and execute, among many things, a demand generation strategy, including an ABM program, landing page optimization, A/B testing, drip campaigns, and ROI analysis to drive named account engagement and pipeline for the business.

We’re looking for an exceptional leader with a blend of demand generation, search and field marketing expertise, who thrives by collaborating across functions-including sales, marketing and product teams. The ideal candidate has a track record of being a passionate supporter of customer success, incorporating a results-oriented approach and demonstrating a relentless focus on consistent execution and continuous improvement. 

You will be a data driven leader with the combination of strategic planning skills and the ability to identify unique and creative marketing solutions to drive growth, all while growing and mentoring a top-notch team. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for fueling Fieldwire’s hypergrowth.  You’ll be interacting with the founders and senior executives on a daily basis in this highly strategic role. Your day will be a mix of strategic thinking, building and managing a team as well as tactical work to keep the trains running. Your success is critical to the continued success of Fieldwire.

Where is the job located?

This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is centrally located right off of Montgomery Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
