Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a results-driven, passionate and seasoned Field Marketer who will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing programs, events, and campaigns that deliver new ARR pipeline for our enterprise sales team, as well as upsell/cross-sell opportunities within our existing mid-enterprise customer base. This is an opportunity to build a Field Marketing program and team from the ground-up. You should be an execution focused leader, who is able to think strategically and manage tactical detail, is both creative and analytical, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate across functions and teams, and continuously acquire new skills and apply the learnings make you the perfect team leader.
In partnership with our Sales organization, you will manage, through a variety of marketing channels, including field marketing events, account-based marketing, associations, tradeshows, vertical/industry efforts, prospect targeting, and more.
This individual will have a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with Sales, and helping them hit their quotas through field marketing strategies and tactics. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

What you’ll be doing
This new role will be a foundational piece in Fieldwire’s evolution into the enterprise sale motion. Working extremely closely with Sales leadership, Field Sales and Inside Sales you’ll be the proverbial quarterback at leading our efforts forward. Your day-to-day will center around working with sales and marketing to enable our enterprise sales efforts to be successful. This position is critical to establishing success for a major growth initiative for Fieldwire.

Where is the job located?
This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is centrally located right off of Montgomery Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
