Who we’re looking for
Fieldwire is looking for a leader to run all things social for us. You will own the strategy and positioning of Fieldwire across all our social presences. You’ll work with internal partners and external agencies, and help bring Fieldwire to life across social. This is a leadership role, and one that has the opportunity of establishing Fieldwire as a recognizable brand within the construction space. You will be responsible for building Fieldwire’s awareness, developing our social media playbook, defining our creative tone and voice in social, and leading programs that inspire customer advocacy. You’ll also work closely with senior executives to tell our company's story.
The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with strong experience in building awareness and has experience in high-growth SaaS organizations. You live and breathe social media, and know how to use it to target new customers, build community, and develop and deploy content to support business goals. You also understand the power of influencer marketing, and know how to leverage deep relationships with social influencers who can support our objectives. You have a track record of translating performance results into actionable insights. Reporting to, this strategic position is critical to help Fieldwire create a leadership position in the untapped construction space.
Desired skills & experience
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for devising and executing a video strategy, as well as be responsible for end to end video production. Your mission will be to bring our corporate brand videos, product launches, social media video content, help desk, in-app tutorials, case studies, employee communications, and more to life.
You’ll be responsible for driving audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) as well as creating engaging built-for-social content, keeping in touch with prospects and customers by encouraging community conversations. You will also collaborate on marketing campaigns to increase content consumption and awareness for our customers and followers. Your day will be a mix of strategic thinking, building and managing agencies as well as tactical work to keep the social media production running smoothly.

Where is the job located?
This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is centrally located right off of Montgomery Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
