We’re looking for a SMB Inside Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-impact inbound Account Executives focused on acquiring new business. This includes managing the full sales cycles from initial lead to close, including conducting product demonstrations and more. In this role, you will report directly to our Director of Sales and drive the high performance and accountability culture within Fieldwire. You will develop and own key performance indicators (KPI) for the Account Executive team while consistently monitoring and tracking results, and driving team execution to meet and exceed sales goals.
