Fieldwire is looking for an HR Generalist who is primarily responsible for the delivery of day to day HR activities to employees, Supervisors, and Managers, ensuring that the company upholds best practices, remains legislatively compliant and can work with others to maintain a cohesive, productive, and positive work environment and strong team culture. We need a versatile, quick thinking team member to help support our San Francisco Headquarters, satellite office in Phoenix, AZ and remote employees across the US. More specifically, the HR Generalist will be the first-line point-of-contact to support the delivery of HR solutions and will partner closely with the Head of HR and Talent Development.

Fieldwire’s people are its most valuable resource, and as the HR Generalist, you’ll be in both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support across the organization. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
