We’re looking for a Manager, SMB Sales to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new SMB business through inside sales, technical demonstrations, supporting deals to close, and more. In this role, you’ll drive a high performance, high accountability culture. You’ll develop and own key performance indicators (KPI) for the Account Executive team while consistently monitoring and tracking results, and driving team execution to meet and exceed sales goals.
