In her role as a CSM Team Manager at Fieldwire, she works closely with customers and leads a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, refine workflows, and solve real-world challenges across active projects. Olivia partners directly with project teams to build practical, company-specific workflows, align field and office operations, and ensure teams are getting measurable value from Fieldwire day to day. Whether through workflow design, live training, or ongoing support, she focuses on helping teams stay organized, reduce friction, and keep projects moving. With experience spanning from preconstruction through closeout, Olivia is passionate about helping teams implement solutions that actually stick—bridging the gap between how projects are planned and how work gets executed in the field.
