ClearVault is a construction payments platform that places the owner’s project funds in escrow before work starts and releases each payment against signed terms and proof of work. Contractors can set up a ClearVault project directly from Fieldwire, with project details, tasks, budget and files pre-filled, and build payment milestones from Fieldwire tasks or a cost-plus budget from the Fieldwire budget. Completed tasks, checklists, inspections and photos logged in Fieldwire sync to ClearVault as evidence on each payment request, while payment status notes and draft change orders flow back into Fieldwire. The result is no double entry, fewer payment disputes and faster payment for documented work.
