After studying Mechanical Engineering, Colleen worked as an Assistant Project Manager on interior fit outs in the restaurant and retail space. Having been at Fieldwire for 2+ years, she works with companies of all shapes and sizes, primarily focusing on general contractors looking to streamline communication with their subs and clients on things like inspections, deficiencies, and pull-planning.
Dominic Delfino is a founding member of the Construction Solutions team at Fieldwire, helping construction teams implement and scale their field and project workflows. With 5 years of experience as a Field & Project Engineer on large heavy civil projects, he saw first hand how difficult it was to manage crews and subcontractors at scale. Although he found ways to help automate how his teams received information, he knew that things could be better. When moving from a career in Construction to Construction Technology, he wanted to make sure he could impact the industry at a large scale. In his 4 years at Fieldwire, he has consulted with top GCs and Subcontractors to help implement efficient and unique workflows based on the project and company restraints.
