Cross project dashboard tab
The new dashboard tab shows all of your projects’ open Forms, Tasks, RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders in a single view. This gives stakeholders visibility of what needs action across every project, and makes managing multiple projects easier and effective, improving tracking and accountability. Available on Business Plus projects.
Import budget actual costs
It is now quicker to compare your project’s actual spending against the budget. Instead of entering budget line items, one-by-one, you can simply bulk import actual costs from ERP systems directly into your project Budget. This reduces errors, rework, and keeps financial data organized. Available on Business Plus projects.
Granular task permissions
Get more control on your projects. With this new feature, Admins can determine which roles can create tasks within a project or project template, and disable task creation options throughout the app for members and followers. Available on Business projects.
Integrations with Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum
More integrations are available to make your construction project management more efficient. Now you can seamlessly import key information from Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum into Fieldwire to kick off projects faster and ensure data consistency. Available on projects with access to the API.
Quickbooks integration (beta)
Quickly compare budgeted versus actual costs with the QuickBooks online integration (beta). Sync expenses in Fieldwire to identify potential overruns early and take action before they impact your project’s profitability. Available on Business Plus projects.
