Lu Reed is the Principal Product Manager at Fieldwire, leading Field Intelligence—AI-powered workflows designed to help construction teams get back to building. She focuses on embedding AI directly into everyday jobsite workflows, enabling faster decisions, better communication, and less manual work in the field. Over the past three years, Lu has led the development of Fieldwire’s mobile apps, working closely with customers to deeply understand in-field workflows and reduce friction in day-to-day operations. Prior to Fieldwire, she spent a decade in product management across industries including digital banking, with a strong focus on voice of the customer and building products grounded in real user needs. She began her career as a software engineer building mobile applications in healthcare and finance, bringing a strong technical foundation to her work at the intersection of AI and construction.
