Puneet Raj is a seasoned executive and strategic leader currently serving as the CEO and General Manager of Fieldwire by Hilti, based in San Francisco, California. With a career spanning over two decades, Puneet has held pivotal roles within the Hilti Group, including leading the group`s largest SaaS business (ON!Track) as well as setting up a software development center for the group. He brings a wealth of expertise in sales, product development, and global operations. Puneet holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as degrees in Engineering. His leadership is marked by a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams across international markets.
